By registering and participating in our auctions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration• All bidders must register with accurate information.• You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
2. Bidding• Every bid is legally binding.• Once placed, bids cannot be withdrawn.• The highest bid at the close of the auction is the winning bid.
3. Items• All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS unless otherwise stated.• Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our knowledge, but bidders are encouraged to ask questions before bidding.
4. Payment• Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.• Items will only be released after payment has been received and confirmed.
5. Collection• Winning bidders must contact us to arrange a pickup time before arriving.• Items must be collected within the stated collection period unless other arrangements have been approved.
6. Failure to Pay or Collect• Failure to pay or collect purchased items may result in cancellation of the sale and suspension of your bidding privileges.
7. Changes• Next Bid Treasure Auction reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
